I was offered to take over the development of «logo» and «corporate identity» for the company «SportTours». When I started developing the «corporate identity», I wanted to bring the dynamics and some bright colors that are usually inherent in products and services related to sports.
the graphics of the corporate style«SportTours», I decided to build on the contrast. So, all the relevant information, I decided to show 100 percent «full color», and additional «Meta graphics» with secondary gray halftones that resemble «watermarks».
I didn't do a lot of experiments with colors:
to write the name «SportTours», I took the font «Bliss Pro», and used two different styles (font thickness) . This creates, in my opinion, of course, some depth and dynamics in the title. In this version of the name, the eye that is now called "has something to catch on to".
this corporate identity was fully approved and adopted «for service» companies «SportTours» . The style has worked for several years. Especially of course I don't track the «lifetime» «Brand styles» that I drew, but periodically I view how they are "doing" using search engines.
Corporate identity development
it So happened that as a designer at the largest advertising Agency «BBDO» Moscow, I took to work for the weekend «packaging» for tablecloths, then still unknown to me «United Textile Company». A man called me on the phone and asked me to develop several options for packaging designs.
I rolled up my sleeves and started working on the design of «packaging» for tablecloths of the middle segment, close to "premium" .
after I made the designs for the whole weekend, I did not want to send them by mail, because I already had a sad experience when your work as a designer was not paid for, and the result of the work turned out to be with the customer.. So I set up a personal meeting in a cafe on Tverskaya street to show the customer printouts of my work.
meeting at the appointed place, I saw a man of very presentable appearance, and good upbringing (a rarity these days). We had a great conversation, drank tea and I showed my work on tablecloth packaging. There was a girl with the man, and they took my printouts and discussed my design.
at the end of the conversation, the man introduced himself, it was the owner of the textile factory CJSC «OTC». After that, I was asked to draw more design options for packaging tablecloths and napkins. In addition, I was asked to design other textile products, as well as to think about the General «design of a textile company» and brand name - logo.

there were so many design proposals that the factory owner offered me the position of art Director «of the United Textile company», with increased income and related responsibilities.
